Salinas is an intimate restaurant catering to adults. We do not offer child seating (high chairs, booster seats). Due to limited space, strollers are not permitted. Families with young children will be accommodated in our front dining spaces.

SEATING ACCOMMODATIONS. Salinas offers a variety of seating accommodations on Resy: Garden Room (Indoor dining room with a retractable roof that opens weather permitting only), Dining Room (NOT GARDEN ROOM), Dining Room Booth (NOT GARDEN ROOM), and Sidewalk (FULLY OUTDOOR/NOT COVERED). **If the seating accommodation you prefer is not visible it means it is not available for that time.

All reservations are a 90-minute dining experience and are for dinner. If you’d like to have just a snack or just drinks please feel free to join us at our bar.

Out of consideration for other guests who have reservations, we may request your table after 90 minutes.

Reservations are held with a 10-minute grace period. If your party is not complete within 10 minutes of the reservation time, your table may be offered to a party on the waitlist. However, when you arrive we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Due to limited space, there is no coat or bag check. You are welcome to use the hallway coat rack or the space at your table. Salinas is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

Because we are unable to guarantee the food safety of another establishment, the NYC Department of Health has advised that we should not allow outside food (including cakes, pies, cupcakes, etc.) into our establishment. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
